1/2 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. lime juice
2 tsp. salt
2 cornish hens
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice

Cook rice according to directions and stuff cornish hens. Mix first 5 ingredients. heat until sugar is melted. Pour over cornish hens. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Baste often.
