LEMON POUND CAKE 
3 c. cake flour
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 c. milk
3 tsp. lemon flavoring
1/2 c. Crisco
2 sticks butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Cream Crisco and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time mixing well after each. Combine dry ingredients. Stir in alternating with milk until all is completely mixed. Stir in flavoring. Pour into a well greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
