Creamy Cucumbers and Onions - Recipe

CREAMY CUCUMBERS AND ONIONS

2 medium cucumbers
1 medium sweet onion
salt and pepper, to taste

DRESSING:

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Peel and thinly slice cucumbers. Thinly slice onion.

Mix mayonnaise and vinegar together to make dressing. Pour dressing over cucumbers and onions. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Eat immediately or refrigerate till chilled.
