CHUNKY CHILI 
Vegetable cooking spray
1 1/2 c. (1 inch pieces) cut onion
1 c. (1 inch pieces) cut green bell pepper
2 tbsp. coarsely chopped jalapeno pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. freshly ground turkey
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans no salt added whole tomatoes, undrained and chopped
1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans, undrained
1/2 c. frozen whole kernel corn
2 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1/8 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. salt

Coat a medium saucepan with vegetable cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add cut onion and green bell pepper; saute 1 minute. Add jalapeno pepper and garlic; saute mixture an additional 3 minutes or until onion is tender.

Add ground turkey; cook about 5 minutes or until turkey is browned, stirring frequently. Add chopped tomatoes and remaining ingredients; stir well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Makes 6 servings.
