PORCUPINE MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. hamburger, uncooked
2/3 c. minute rice
1 egg
1/2 c. tomato sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. onion flakes or 1/2 c. chopped onion

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Form into small meatballs (about 8 or 9). Pour another 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce over meatballs. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
