PORCUPINE MEAT BALLS 
1 hour from start to finish.

1 lb. ground turkey
1 c. brown rice, cooked (measure after cooking)
1/4 tsp. instant minced garlic
1 tsp. oil
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Dash of black pepper
2 c. tomato juice
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper

Mix first six ingredients, (turkey, rice, garlic, oil, Italian seasoning, and pepper) and shape into 15 (1 inch) balls. Broil until brown. In a saucepan, (3 quart), combine tomato juice, chili powder and red pepper and bring to boil. Add the meatballs, cover and simmer gently for 20 minutes, stirring a few times.
