SALMON BALL | |
1 lb. canned salmon 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2 tsp. grated onion 1 tsp. horseradish 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1/4 c. dried, chopped parsley Drain salmon, remove bones and skin. Place in medium size bowl and mix all ingredients except nuts and parsley. Shape into a ball and cover with nuts and parsley. Chill for several hours. Serve with crackers. Live so that when you tell someone you are a Christian, it confirms their suspicions instead of surprises them. |
