DEVILED HAM - CHICKEN SANDWICHES 
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham
1/3 c. sm. curd cream style cottage cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped dill pickle, drained
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. prepared mustard
10 slices wheat bread, toasted
5 ounces sliced cooked chicken or turkey
5 slices Monterey Jack cheese (5 oz.)
5 slices tomato (1 lg.)
5 lettuce leaves

In a small bowl combine deviled ham, cottage cheese, mayonnaise or salad dressing, celery, dill pickle, horseradish and mustard; mix well. On half of the toasted bread slices layer 2 tablespoons ham mixture, sliced chicken, Monterey Jack cheese, 2 more tablespoons ham mixture, tomato slices and lettuce. Top each with another toasted bread slice. Cut sandwiches in half to serve. Makes 5 servings.
