SALT RISING BREAD 
In 1 quart of warm water, put 3 teaspoons of salt. Stir in enough flour to make a soft batter. Then put in a warm place. Let it stand until it gets frothy, then add 1 quart warm milk and stir in enough flour to knead. Put into loaf pans and let raise. Bake same as bread at 350 degrees.
