CRUNCHY APPLE SALAD 
1 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. sliced bananas
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients, toss gently to coat. Chill 1 or 2 hours. Serve on lettuce leaves. Serves 4.
