FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE I 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 med. can fruit cocktail (undrained)
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine first 5 ingredients. Pour into a 9x13 pan. Mix brown sugar, nuts and coconut and sprinkle over cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.

Bring to a boil condensed milk, butter and vanilla. While cake is hot, pour this mixture over top.
