SUMMER SAUSAGE 
2 lb. hamburger meat
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. mustard seed
2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. liquid smoke
3 tbsp. salt
1 c. water

Mix all ingredients, roll in foil and let stand in ice box for 3 days. Then punch holes in foil and bake in oven at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I usually make this in 2 rolls.
