STRAWBERRY TROPICAL SALAD 
1 lg. (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry, sugar-free gelatin
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen unsweetened whole strawberries, partially thawed & sliced
2 lg. bananas, mashed
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in its own juice, drained
1 c. low fat plain yogurt

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Combine all fruit and gelatin mixture; mix well. Pour 1/2 mixture in 9 x 12 inch glass baking dish or large bowl. Spread yogurt on top of thickened gelatin. Cover with remaining gelatin mixture. Chill until firm. Serves 12 (3 x 4 inch portions).
