CORN AND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef (can use ground turkey - low fat)
1 onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
1 can tomato sauce
1 c. raw macaroni
Grated Cheddar cheese

Brown beef and onions; pour off fat. Add corn, tomato sauce, and cooked macaroni; mix well. Put all in 2 quart casserole (sprayed with Pam). Add all ingredients. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until heated through.
