COUNTRY PIE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. minced onion
1 1/3 c. Minute Rice
1/2 tsp. salt
12 oz. tomato sauce
1 c. water
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine first 8 ingredients and press in a pie pan to form crust. Combine next 4 ingredients and fill crust. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove foil and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 minutes more.
