TEX-MEX DIP 
MIX IN MEDIUM BOWL:

3 med. size ripe avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

MIX IN SEPARATE BOWL:

1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix

ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS:

2 cans jalapeno bean dip
1 c. green onions, chopped
3 med. tomatoes, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated

Spread bean dip in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with avocado mixture. Next place tomatoes and green onions. Cover with sour cream mixture. Top with cheese.
