VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. (16 oz.) mixed vegetables
1 c. celery
1 c. onion
1 can celery soup
1 c. cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can sliced water chestnuts
Salt & pepper
Pepperidge Farm dressing (enough to cover bottom)

Cook vegetables, celery and onion 10 minutes. Drain. Mix rest of ingredients, except cheese. Sprinkle Pepperidge Farm dressing on bottom of casserole dish. Add vegetables. Top with cheese. Sprinkle top with dressing mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
