TURKEY-APPLE SALAD 
1 can (5 oz.) chunk white turkey, drained
3/4 c. chopped apple
1/2 c. sliced celery
2 tbsp. raisins
1/3 c. prepared Italian dressing
1 tbsp. brown sugar

1. In medium bowl, gently stir together solid chunks of turkey and apple, celery and raisins.

2. In cup stir together dressing and brown sugar; pour over turkey mixture. Toss gently to coat.

3. Serve on lettuce leaves. Makes 1 1/2 cups or 2 servings.
