SKILLET SPANISH RICE 
1/4 c. oil
1 med. onion, thinly sliced
1/2 med. green pepper, chopped
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. rice (not instant)
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 3/4 c. hot water
1 tsp. salt

Simmer 25 minutes. 4 servings.
