VANILLA ICE CREAM 
6 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 qt. cream or half and half
1 1/2 quart milk

Whip eggs; add sugar and 2 tablespoons vanilla. Then add 1 pint cream and 1 pint milk. Mix well, then add rest of ingredients. Strain; put in freezer and turn until frozen to right consistency. (Use salt between ice as the freezer is turning.)
