3 lbs. cans beans
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. mustard
1 med. onion
2 tbsp. molasses
Dash of pepper
3 cloves garlic on a toothpick
May add ham hock or bacon, cut up

Mix together firs 6 ingredients. Add bean and mix well. Place in 2 quart casserole and bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Remove the garlic before serving.
