BOSTON BAKED BEANS 
2 lbs. beans
1 lb. ham hock
8 tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. molasses or ketchup
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. pepper
1 chopped onion

Boil beans and ham until cooked. Cut ham into small pieces. Place all ingredients into a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
