POTATO WEDGIES 
3 med. potatoes

Scrub and cut each lengthwise in 6 pieces. Melt 1/3 cup of butter in saucepan with 2 1/2 teaspoons of vegetables season or Mrs. Dash seasoning. Dip potato wedges into butter mixture, then lay in shallow pan. Spoon remaining butter over potatoes. Bake 30 minutes; turn and bake 25 more minutes. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes last 5 minutes of baking.
