CREAM OF BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
10 oz. chopped broccoli
2 tbsp. chicken broccoli in 1 c. water
1/8 c. butter
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook broccoli in bouillon, saute onion in butter and stir in flour. Add milk. Add milk mixture to broccoli; cook and stir until thickened. Add cheese and simmer 1/2 hour.
