CREAM OF BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
2 bunches fresh broccoli, chopped or 2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
4 c. milk
1 onion, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
2 cans chicken broth
1/4 c. butter
Garlic
1/2 c. flour
1/2 stick Velveeta cheese
Salt
Pepper

Cook broccoli until done. Drain and set aside. Melt butter and saute onion, celery and garlic. Stir in flour gradually to form a paste. Add chicken broth, milk, cheese, broccoli and spices, stirring constantly. Cook over low heat until thickens. Do not boil. Serve with French bread.
