HERBED CREAM CHEESE 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 lg. clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice (preferably fresh)
3-4 drops Tabasco
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil (or 1 tbsp. dry)

Blend above ingredients in a blender. Shape into 2 balls and refrigerate until firm. Serve on a hearty cracker, such as whole wheat. (If you use "light" cream cheese, you may need to use less of the liquids.
