BROCCOLI AND CHEESE 
2 pkg. chopped broccoli
1/2 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 c. cubed Swiss cheese
1 onion, minced
Pinch of garlic powder
Salt & pepper
2 c. pkg. herb seasoned stuffing

Cook broccoli and drain well. Mix chicken soup, mushroom soup, cheese, onion and garlic powder. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add broccoli. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Top with seasoned stuffing. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
