HOT BANANA PEANUT BUTTER TOASTED
SANDWICH

Absolutely the best toasted sandwich you'll ever taste! Your kids and company will love them. Bet ya can't eat only one!

1 medium size banana
1/2 tsp. brown sugar
1 level tbsp. butter
4 slices of bread, toasted
peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)

Slice banana into about 1/4-inch rounds. Place a medium size fry pan over low heat. Melt butter. Add brown sugar and stir until you have a gravy like mix.

In the meantime toast the bread slices. As soon as your toast is ready spread peanut butter onto the hot toast. Don't be cheap! Spread that peanut butter without mercy!

Keep tossing the bananas until they just start to turn to a darker color. I like them fried about half way to where they're not completely cooked. It's up to you, trial and error will bring you to your preferred taste.

Add fried buttery banana slices to each sandwich and top off with toasted bread.

Delicious and healthy. ENJOY!

Makes 2 sandwiches.
