CRANBERRY PUDDING 
1/3 c. butter
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 c. whole cranberries or blueberries

Mix first 6 ingredients and beat well. Add egg beating for 1 minute. Stir in berries. Bake in lightly greased 8 x 8 inch pan in preheated 350 degree oven for 50 minutes. Serve with warm butter sauce atop.

BUTTER SAUCE:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. cream
1 c. sugar
