1/4 c. butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg. marshmallows (about 40 or 4 c. miniature marshmallows)
6 c. Rice Krispies cereal

Melt butter in large pan over low heat. Add marshmallows, stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Add Rice Krispies cereal, stir until well coated. Using buttered spatula, press mixture evenly into buttered 13 x 9 inch pan. Cut into squares.
