3 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
1 pkg. dried beef (jerky), finely chopped*
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 box Breton crackers

In large mixing bowl combine cream cheese, green onions, dried beef and pecans. Line a large bowl with plastic wrap to make a mold for your spread. Pour mixture into bowl then place in refrigerator for one hour or until ready to serve.

To serve, place bowl upside down on serving plate and release spread onto plate. Remove plastic wrap. Decorate with additional whole pecans. Serve with Breton crackers.

To give as gifts, place a cup of spread in a decorated jar or tin and decorate as you wish.
