SWEET POTATO BALLS 
6 med. sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled and mashed
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
12 lg. marshmallows
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Mix sweet potatoes with butter, sugar and nuts. Form a ball around one marshmallow, roll in crushed corn flakes. Just before serving, warm in 350 degree oven 15 minutes or until marshmallow has softened or melted. Serves 12 - 1 each.

Balls may be made ahead of time and refrigerated or frozen for later use.
