FRENCH SILK PIE 
1 stick butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 squares Baker's chocolate
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 graham cracker or regular pie crust

Cream butter with sugar, add melted chocolate and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time and beat a full 5 minutes each on high speed with your electric mixer. Pour into graham cracker or regular baked pie crust. Refrigerate and top with whipped cream.
