FRENCH SILK PIE 
4 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 fresh eggs (no cracked shells)
1 (8") purchased graham cracker crust
Whipped cream
Chopped nuts

Melt, then cool chocolate. In small mixing bowl, cream butter, adding sugar gradually, then melted chocolate and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy.

Add eggs, beat 3 minutes more until thick. Pour into crust and chill thoroughly. Serve with whipped cream and nuts.
