SQUASH PIE 
8 to 10 yellow squash, cut up
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon flavoring
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 stick butter, melted

Cook squash until done and drain well. Add ingredients into blender. Blend until creamy. Pour into two unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees until brown. About 1 hour.
