RICE PILAF 
1 1/2 c. rice, uncooked
1/2 cube butter (1/4 c.)
3 c. beef broth
Salt and black pepper

Melt butter in pan. Add rice. Stir in broth and seasonings. Cover. Bring to a boil. Lower heat to a simmer and cook for 40 minutes.
