RASPBERRY CHEESE APPETIZERS 
8 to 12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 to 12 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
4 to 6 chopped green onions
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. Hellmann's mayo
1/2 jar raspberry jam

Mix ingredients together. Press into container. Cover. Refrigerate 2 hours +.

"Frost" with raspberry jam. Serve with crackers.

Serves 10 to 12.
