1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
6 tbsp. cracker meal
3 c. Bisquick

Have all ingredients at room temperature. Mix well. Form into balls of desired size.

Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes. Balls may be placed on cookie sheet and frozen. Store in plastic bag in freezer. May be baked without thawing. Increase the baking time.
