EL DORADO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. sour cream
2 c. Jack cheese
1 c. sliced black olives
1 c. cottage cheese
2 sm. cans chopped jalepeno peppers
1 pkg. tortilla chips

Brown hamburger; drain. Add onion, garlic salt, olives, and tomato sauce. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, cottage cheese and chilies. Crush half of the chips and place in slightly greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Place half of cottage cheese mixture on chips. Then half of the meat sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Repeat layers and garnish with a few crushed chips. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
