TACO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 can chili beans
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. taco sauce
2-4 tsp. chili powder (to taste)
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 c. tortilla chips, coarsely broken
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. green onion, sliced
1 tomato, chopped
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Cook hamburger, drain; stir in beans, tomato sauce, taco sauce, chili powder and garlic salt. Heat to boiling. Place chips in ungreased 2 quart casserole dish. Top with beef mixture. Spread with sour cream; sprinkle with onions, tomato and cheese. Cook uncovered in 350 degree oven until hot and bubbly, 20-30 minutes. Arrange additional chips around edges, serve with shredded lettuce, chili peppers and taco sauce. 6 servings.
