CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS 
2 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. salt
Yellow food coloring
1 chicken, cut up

Cook chicken until tender. Remove from bone, reserve broth that chicken was cooked in. Mix Bisquick, milk and salt. Work into a soft dough. Roll out real thin, cut into squares. Place on cookie sheet. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Add 2 drops of yellow food coloring to broth and start a rolling boil. Drop dumplings and stir frequently. When done, add chicken. VERY GOOD!
