BLUEBERRY SALAD 
2 sm. boxes blackberry gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 can blueberry pie filling

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. milk

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in pineapple and pie filling. Mix well. Set until firm.

For topping: Beat ingredients for topping together. Spread on top of gelatin mixture.

Optional: Top with crushed nuts.

Note: Black cherry gelatin may be used.
