BLUEBERRY CREAM PIE 
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
4 c. fresh blueberries, rinse, drain & blot dry

ix together:

2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour

dd and stir:

1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour blueberries in unbaked shell. Pour liquid over blueberries. Put tin foil around crust to avoid burning. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
