HAMBURGER - RICE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger or turkey or 1/2 lb. each
1 med. size onion, chopped
3/4 c. uncooked rice
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 tbsp. soy sauce

Saute hamburger or turkey and chopped onion in little oil in skillet, then turn into casserole. Add rice; stir into meat mixture. In skillet, add remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly. Add and mix to hamburger mixture. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until rice is done.
