BACON BROCCOLI QUICHE 
1 lb. bacon
3/4 c. chopped, cooked broccoli, drained
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1 (9 inch) baked pie shell

Sprinkle bacon, broccoli and cheese into pie shell. Beat together the remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour into pie shell. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6.
