1 box orange Jello
1 or 2 cans Mandarin oranges
1 container cottage cheese
1 bowl Cool whip
1 can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. pecans

Stir all together and enjoy. The size of the containers of cottage cheese and Cool Whip depends on how big of servings you want to make. The pecans can be left out if you want.
