CRANBERRY - ORANGE SALAD MOLD 
1 pkg. raspberry Jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. ground raw cranberries
1 orange, ground fine
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Pinch of salt
1 c. chopped pecans

Dissolve gelatin in hot water; add sugar, lemon juice, and pineapple juice. Stir to dissolve. Chill until partially set; add remaining ingredients. Congeal.
