BLENDER POPOVERS 
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. melted butter or salad oil
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin or popover pans with butter. In blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Stop motor and scrape flour from sides once or twice. Pour into prepared pans, filling them about half full. Bake for 35-40 minutes (avoid opening oven during baking), until popovers are well browned and firm to the touch. Serve hot. Makes 10-12 popovers.
