PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. canned pumpkin (Libby's)
2/3 c. water
1 c. vegetable oil (Wesson)
4 eggs

Sift together dry ingredients. Mix together pumpkin, water, oil and eggs. Pour into dry mixture and mix well by hand. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 30 minutes before removing from pan. Wrap in foil to store. Can also be made in 4 (6 3/4" x 3 1/2" x 2 1/2") pans. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
