PUMPKIN BREAD 
1 c. Libby's solid pack pumpkin
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. presifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ginger
Dash of cloves

In a large bowl, mix together the oil, sugar and eggs. In another bowl, mix together all other ingredients, except pumpkin. Next, combine all ingredients and then add pumpkin.

Pour into greased and floured 9 1/2 x 5 1/2 inch standard loaf pan. Bake a minimum of 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees or until pick comes out clean. Let cool on rack before taking out of pan. Makes 1 loaf. To make 2 loaves, double recipe.
